Hot Chocolate Cafe

On February 9, 2016 Antyx Community Arts Youth Arts Action hosted an early evening Pop-up Hot Chocolate Cafe in the Forest Lawn Natural Playground.

The hope was to celebrate the installation of our park sign; to learn more about the people that use the park; and to engage these people with the upcoming phased development of the park and to let them know about the work we do in the community with Antyx Community Arts Youth Arts Action team.

More than 60 members of the community stopped by to have conversation, activate the space and grab a cup of hot chocolate, juice and snacks.

A great big thank you to Calgary Foundation for funding this initiative. We look forward to continuing to develop relationships with our neighbours in Greater Forest Lawn.
